Studio Shuffle exists because building a dance studio schedule is genuinely hard — and no tool was treating it that way.
The Origin Story
Andrew spent years working directly in dance studio operations, managing teachers, coordinating class rosters, and building schedules from scratch every season. He knows what it feels like to sit down with a season’s worth of classes, a list of rooms, a roster of teachers, and a blank page — and to spend days (sometimes weeks) trying to make it all fit together without breaking something.
The spreadsheets. The whiteboards. The color-coded sticky notes that made perfect sense until someone moved a class and the whole wall needed to be rebuilt. He kept thinking: there has to be a better way to do this.
There wasn’t. So he built it.
Studio Shuffle was built from the inside out — by someone who understood the problem before writing a single line of code. The drag-and-drop grid, the conflict detection, the room-by-room view: these aren’t features that were added to make the product look good. They’re the direct answer to the actual problem, built by someone who lived it.
